Mexico guide for your timeshare week

Practical info before buying or selling your timeshare in Mexico. Useful for visiting as a tourist, essential when it is your long-term investment.

🌴 Why this destination

Mexico is the second-largest timeshare destination in the Americas. World-class resorts cluster along the Riviera Maya (Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum), Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. White-sand Caribbean coastline, UNESCO-listed cuisine, archaeological sites and lower prices than Europe or the US.

📅 When to go

High season: December–April (dry weather, no hurricanes). Best value: May–November (high heat and humidity, brief rains). September is the highest hurricane-risk month in the Caribbean. For ocean-view timeshare weeks, book 6 months ahead in high season.
