TimeShare Deals is a peer-to-peer marketplace where private timeshare owners can list weeks for sale. We are not party to any sale; we provide listing infrastructure and document review.
3. Conditions for sellers
Sellers must own the right they offer, provide accurate information, upload supporting documentation, and pay any pending maintenance fees up to the transfer date.
4. Conditions for buyers
Buyers must verify the listing meets their needs, communicate directly with the seller, and complete the purchase outside our platform under their own responsibility.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for the truthfulness or completeness of seller-provided information beyond the documentary check, nor for the outcome of any transaction between users.
6. Communications and listing removal
You can withdraw a listing at any time from your account. We may remove listings that breach these terms or applicable law.
7. Modification of terms
We may update these terms; the last revision date is shown at the top. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies; courts of Fuengirola (Málaga, Spain) have jurisdiction.
