Disney-direct points unlock all DVC resorts plus Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, Disney Collection hotels. Resale points (post-2019 purchase) can only book DVC resorts that existed before Disney implemented the restriction. This excludes Riviera Resort and the Cabins at Fort Wilderness. For most buyers, the 40–60% discount more than offsets the restriction.

Every DVC resale contract must be submitted to Disney for review. Disney can buy it at the agreed price within 30 days. ROFR is exercised ~5–15% of the time, depending on resort and price. Listings here are pre-ROFR; the buyer commits subject to Disney's decision.

Among DVC owners, the most resilient resale values historically have been Animal Kingdom Lodge, Bay Lake Tower and Boardwalk Villas due to point-charts efficiency and resort popularity. Aulani and Vero Beach typically resell at the deepest discounts. Always verify the use year, contract size and remaining points before negotiating.
