📅 When to go

High season: July–August. Best value: May, June, September and October (ideal weather, fewer tourists). The Canaries hold great weather year-round. Secondary-market prices drop noticeably from November to March on the mainland coast.

Do I need a visa?No. Spain is in the EU and Schengen Area. EU citizens enter with national ID; other nationalities per their treaties.
What currency is used?Euro (€). Cards accepted everywhere; contactless is standard.
How is timeshare regulated in Spain?Law 4/2012 modernized the regime. Fixed-term contracts (no longer voidable for being indefinite). Withdrawal period: 14 calendar days. Advance payments are forbidden during the withdrawal window.
